In a recent update posted to his Instagram Story, Future shared a few updates surrounding his new album.

The follow-up to his 2020 mixtape High Off Life is believed to be arriving later this month. Though he did not share too much info, he responded to Young Scooter‘s sneak peak photo of himself and DONDA 2 rapper Kanye West seemingly shooting a new music video together. Scooter wrote, “@future @kanyewest this to hard im about leak it album soon.” Future chimed in and specified that the album release will be coming sooner than expected, potentially even arriving later this week. He also teased his Ye collaboration writing, “Ima have album date this week jus holdup…YE SPAZZED ON DIS SHIT.”

Ye and Future have had a long-standing relationship over the past few months. Future appeared on the track “Pablo” alongside Ye and Travis Scott and also executive produced DONDA 2. Stay tuned for the arrival of Future’s forthcoming album.

In other music news, Fat Joe has announced his first memoir, The Book of Jose.
