NIGO and Pharrell Williams‘ joint SAKE STORM COWBOY has just announced a new brew.
Made in partnership with HUMAN MADE and the Yamaguchi-based Ohmine Sake Brewery, this “Light Press” sake is Season 3 (S3) of the series and is characterized by having a rich aroma of picked apple with a flavor profile of muscat and melons. The full experience is light in sweetness akin to wasanbon or steamed coconut rice.
This refreshing sake has been extracted from the brewing tanks during the early stages of processing and comes in a vivid translucent-green bottle. SAKE STORM COWBOY Light Press is only available in Japan for a price of ¥17,490 JPY (approximately $150 USD).
