Golden Concept and mastermind JAPAN Launch Streetwear-Inspired Apple Watch Cases
A limited collection of 200 pieces.
Golden Concept has teamed up with mastermind JAPAN to introduce two streetwear-inspired designs for the “Racing Sport” Apple Watch case.
Gracing the wrists of celebrities worldwide, Swedish label Golden Concept’s luxury Apple Watch cases and bezels are made with high-tech materials that combine functionality with personal expression. Working with mastermind JAPAN for the first time, the two brands have crafted two cases for the Apple Watch Series 7 and 8 — one made of titanium and the other, of carbon fiber.
In terms of aesthetics, the cases exude a streetwear-inspired design with grunge appeal. Doused in mastermind JAPAN’s signature black and matte finish, the backplates, and buckles are engraved with the brand’s skull and crossbones logos. Meanwhile, smaller engravings of Golden Concept’s logo can be spotted on the strap, as well as the inside of the buckle. The crown is also embellished with black Swarovski crystals, featuring a large one as a centerpiece encircled with 19 smaller crystals.
Retailing for $1,599 USD, the carbon fiber version comes in a limited batch of 50 units, while 150 pieces will be available for the titanium edition at the price of $1,099 USD each. Both models are produced by HONEYEE, and are available for purchase via Golden Concept’s website and across its flagship stores worldwide.
