‘God of War Ragnarök’ Collabs With CASETiFY, #FR2 and New Era

Coinciding with the release of the highly anticipated PlayStation game God of War Ragnarök, a handful of brands also unveiled their collaboration with the franchise. 

Bringing wearable Ragnarök merch to fans, Tokyo-based brand #FR2 worked with premium streetwear retailer Popcorn Supply to create a limited edition T-shirt. Starring the game’s logo across the front and a small embroidered #FR2 patch near the hem, the back of the T-shirt is graced with a detailed concept art image depicting Kratos and Atreus battling Freya. Beneath the image is a quote from Kratos, as featured in the story trailer: “Fate only binds you if you let it.” 

For those who cannot resist a good cap, New Era offers two limited edition designs of the 9FORTY Cap model to celebrate God of War Ragnarök’s game launch. The first one features a bear and wolf embroidery on its center front to symbolize Kratos and Atreus. The other style also stars the two characters, but as caricatures by Dela Longfish, the lead Character Concept Artist of Santa Monica Studio. 

Almost never amiss on collaborations, CASETiFY also presented a God of War Ragnarök collection of phone cases featuring illustrations from popular Asia-based illustrators. The list of illustrators includes Gyung Studio (South Korea), Chien Chih Kang (Taiwan), James Khoo Fuk-lung (Hong Kong), and Jappy Agoncillo (Philippines).

The #FR2 limited edition T-shirt can be purchased from Popcorn’s website and regional retail stores today. The New Era’s limited 9FORTY caps are also available for pre-order starting today on the brand’s online store for select regions. The collection of phone cases is currently available online and in stores at CASETiFY.
