Emerging designer Tisloh Danboyi is one to watch and has proven that his relationship with fashion is truly special. The full-time medical student showed an interest in clothing at a young age and launched his namesake label as a personal project that has continued to go from strength to strength.
The bespoke London-based label now presents its “Dragonfly Dreamer” campaign, born from Danboyi’s fascination for the radiant insect. Acting as a mirror for his early childhood experiences in West Africa, the designer positions his models in versatile poses spearheaded by his adolescent growth and the liberty that enchants dragonflies in their natural habitat.
Sporting Danboyi’s forthcoming collection, free-spirited figures don slim tank tops matched with black, cream, green, and purple sweatpants carved with lively dragonfly illustrations. The campaign offers a sneak peek into the early stages of the designer’s forthcoming collection.
