Dr. Martens’ Latest Boury Utility Boot Takes a Classic to the Trenches
Of course, they couldn’t miss out the yellow stitching.

Footwear specialist Dr. Marten is following up on its recently-released Jorge Shearling shoe with an all-new Boury Utility Boot and it’s one of the brand’s most military-inspired designs to date.
Traditionally, Dr. Martens is best known for its 1460 boot and 1461 shoe, however, this latest release is the imprint’s latest addition to its ever-evolving casual range. The boot has been crafted from a lightweight, wearable mix of Ajax leather and Extra Tough 50/50 — which is a strong and flexible synthetic fabric that’s made with 50% recycled materials.
Additionally, the heavy-set shoe features a new lace-to-toe system which is anchored with webbing and inspired by Dr. Marten’s AirWair heel loop. For the outer, the boot is designed with a 2.1” Tarian outsole which is made with comfortable, cemented construction that’s complemented with deep groves for added traction. Rounding off the design, the Tarian sole is finished with the brand’s customary yellow stitching.
