Things are getting rocky between adidas and its partnership with Ye, and while the brand attempts to get everything sorted out on that front it’s drawing our attention to its ever-growing adidas Originals footwear line. One of the label’s most prolific silhouettes right now is the Forum ‘84 Low, and it has just been unveiled in a new “Cloud White/Clear Sky” colorway.

In no way, shape or form is this iteration associated with the University of North Carolina, but its palette certainly reminds us of the iconic sports college. Tar Heel-friendly colors are placed in various parts of the top and bottom layers of the kicks. Leather uppers merge “Cloud White” and creamy panels while “Clear Sky” accents are planted onto the stripes, molds that sit just above the midsoles and the various adidas branding on the lateral sides, straps and tongues. Off-white laces and golden yellow trimming also further contribute to the kick’s aged aesthetic.

Looking to add this pair to your rotation? You can cop them now via select retailers Asphalt Gold for €129 (approx. $126 USD)

Elsewhere in sneakers, an off-white adidas Rovermule Adventure colorway has been uncovered.
