Frederique Constant Offers "Most Accessible" Perpetual Calendar Tourbillon Ever
Two limited edition drops represent new flagship for the brand.
Frederique Constant has dropped a new flagship model, bringing together manufacture perpetual calendar and tourbillon movement in two limited editions.
The Geneva-based brand claims that its Highlife Tourbillon Perpetual Calendar Manufacture is the “most accessible” manufacture-made perpetual calendar tourbillon ever made and is offered in stainless steel and 18K rose gold versions.
The 41mm watch houses the manufacture FC-975 movement, while Frederique Constant has opted for a modern, open dial and integrated bracelet design, with both quick change alligator leather and rubber straps supplied.
Day and date are displayed on separate sub dials at the nine and three o’clock positions, while one at the 12 o’clock displays both month and leap year.
A one-minute tourbillon – with silicone escape wheel and lever – sits at the six o’clock doubling as a running seconds.
The Highlife Tourbillon Perpetual Calendar Manufacture is available now via Frederique Constant, limited to 30 pieces in gold and 88 pieces in steel, priced £36,495 and £20,995 (approximately $49,500 USD and $28,500 USD) respectively.
