Following their release last year, weber and UNUSED have reconnected for another installment of the “weber RECONSTRUCTIONR” centered around Disney‘s Mickey Mouse. Celebrating the endless iconicism of Mickey Mouse, the latest release once again spotlights vintage styles with a contemporary outlook.

Focusing on the classic ringer tee, the print that marks the release is drawn directly from a vintage T-shirt owned by the founder of weber. The retro style features a 88% cotton/12% rayon base that is synonymous with ’80s and early ’90s styling accented by heavy bio-wash. Replicating 40 years of deterioration, the custom aging process creates a peeled and cracked flocky graphic expressing the silhouette of Mickey Mouse. The instantly recognizable representation continues the color tones of the base serve to prove the iconic character’s place in pop culture through the ages.

Priced between ¥20,000 (approximately $182 USD), the weber x UNUSED capsule collection will be released exclusively at HBX and on UNUSED’s website now.
