G-SHOCK Explores Color Theory and Materiality for the GA-900TS Series

G-SHOCK continues to achieve the gold standard for toughness and style, providing both with the new GA-900TS timepieces. The series of watches pop with translucent materials and color blocking while maintaining the durability and utility the brand is known for. The GA-900TS model abides by the watchmakers’s signature rugged look with an updated twist by way of an unexpected use of color.
On wrist, the GA-900TS brings a high-tech feel combined with a style-centric, urban leaning. The watch’s face includes both analog hands and a digital display, surrounded by a nylon cloth band. To complement the band, special translucent matte bezels show off the internal components of the watch, turning its technicalities into engaging design details. Finished with a matte treatment, the choice of all resin parts is at once lightweight and tough.
Offered in bold hues, each iteration takes on a creative color combination, appealing to a wide range of tastes. For example, pops of neon orange offset black, clear and light grey on the GA-900TS-4A while navy and dark purple come together on the GA-900TS-6A for a more subdued statement. Similar to other offerings from G-SHOCK, the series is complete with features like a Super Illuminator LED light, world time with 31 time zones, 1/100-second stopwatch and countdown timer.
