Nike Dresses Its Air Presto in a Juicy ACG-Style “Wild Berry” Colorway
Arguably the brand’s comfiest ever sneaker.
The Air Presto’s cozy, sock-like construction is arguably one of Nike’s comfiest sneaker silhouettes to-date, and since the first iteration of the silhouette was launched at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games, the Air Presto has remained untouched.
Now this season Nike has updated the sneaker in a new colorway, reminiscent of the colorways often seen in its popular ACG capsules. “Wild Berry” dresses the base of the upper, as a “University Gold” mid-foot plastic cage sits alongside a “Cyber Teal” heel panel at the rear.
The five dots on the outsole signify the sneaker’s involvement in Nike’s Alpha project too, a program that focused on the brand’s most progressive tech at the time on the sneaker’s creation over two decades ago.
A sneaker more comfortable than your favorite t-shirt, the Nike Air Presto is made to feel good and look fast. Its stretchy sleeve creates a cozy, sock-like fit while the super-soft foam adds spring to your step.
The Nike Air Presto “Wild Berry” is available to buy now from the brand’s online webstore, retailing at $130 USD.
In other news, Nike has unveiled its suede Air Force 1 Lows in an “Off Noir” shade.
