Stüssy and Cactus Plant Flea Market Tease New Apparel Collaboration
Both parties join hands on a collection of zip-up jackets, denim, graphic shirts and more.
Stüssy and Cactus Plant Flea Market — two of streetwear’s kingpins — are far from strangers when it comes to working on collaborative apparel together. The two parties teamed up back in 2017 to commemorate the renovated La Brea store and in 2019 for a July 4 collection, and now the two imprints are reuniting for another apparel capsule in light of the Summer season.
Like many of the products that are pumped out between each respective brand, graphics are the focus of this forthcoming assemblage. Cynthia Lu‘s company puts its creative spin on Stüssy‘s “Big Ol’ Jean” zip-up work jackets and denim pants by applying all-over “stüssy” and “cactus” wording. These garments come in highlighter orange and green colorways. CPFM’s oversized heart logo is prominent throughout the rest of the assortment as it adorns a hooded sweatshirt and crewneck along with a graphic t-shirt and water shorts, the latter of which will be available in black and pink. Additionally, a bold blue short-sleeved button up is thrown into the mix that features all-over heart patterns with the word “üs” printed in black font.
Select Stüssy chapters and the Stussy website along with select Dover Street Market locations will be launching the collection come June 25.
In case you missed it, Stüssy and Helinox recently teamed up on trippy beach chair.
