Following last month’s collaboration with UNIQLO, Yosuke Aizawa and his White Mountaineering label now link with Danner for two rugged takes on one of its most iconic silhouettes.

The duo — who last teamed up for a release in early 2020 — have honed in on Danner’s Willamette Valley and added a zip-up cover on the upper for added protection. Removable thanks to its two-way specification, the shoe can be worn as a regular lace-up if zips aren’t your thing.

A chunky sole is accompanied by a sturdy heel which sits beneath two suede and nylon uppers that are doused in either black or green and is rounded out with subtle branding on the cover and to the rear of the shoe.

White Mountaineering x Danner Willamette Valley is set to drop on December 10 via the atmos Tokyo webstore.

In other news, Danner is also readying the release of its latest JJJJound collaboration.
