Salomon's XT-4 Advanced Drops in Heat Map-Esque Tie-Dyed Colorway
Want some color on your feet but missed out on the Palace collab? Look no further.

The XT-4 Advanced is one of Salomon‘s most successful trail running-turned-lifestyle sneakers available, and now it has appeared in a very street-appropriate tie-dyed colorway of “Evening Blue/Nimbus Cloud/Lavender.”
Constructed from a highly resistant TPU film and mesh, the XT-4 Advanced features an upper that’s seemingly held together with a carbon fiber weave-printed TPU overlay that sits atop the mixture of colors beneath. Here, we find mesh and TPU presented in a heat map-esque format with red, purple, green, blue, yellow, and orange tones gracing the upper in a randomized pattern, making this the boldest pair of XT-4 Advances to date.
A black mesh tongue fitted with the label’s signature rope laces rounds out the upper, while more attention has been paid to the sole unit as well. Naturally, it’s fitted with a full-length Agile Chassis System for improved stability even across long-distance races — but then, why would you run in these? — as well as a proprietary Contagrip outsole that provides unrivaled amounts of grip on loose surfaces, let alone sturdy ones.
The Fall/Winter 2021 pair from Salomon can be seen above and bought from Dover Street Market London now for £165 GBP (approximately $225 USD).
