Red Wing Heritage Gives Its Classic Moc an All-Weather GORE-TEX Update
A true heritage icon, no matter the weather.
Since its inception in the early 1950s, Red Wing Heritage’s Classic Moc has become an icon in the world of outdoor-friendly boots. Equipped with a durable rubber sole, high shafts and Goodyear welt, the silhouette was deemed as functional as it was protective.
Now, standing the test of time more than sixty years on, Red Wing Heritage reimagines the silhouette with a limited-edition all-weather GORE-TEX test for Fall/Winter 2021.
An evolution of the brand’s heritage staple, the Classic Moc GTX looks almost identical at first glance — aside from a mini GORE-TEX tab on the upper — yet is transformed into an all-weather shoe thanks to its new water-resistant coat.
Complete with Storm welt construction to lock out moisture, a Traction Tread outsole for ultra stability, nickel eyelets and a new 875 Pattern, the Classic Moc GTX for FW21 is added reassurance you can stay on the move, no matter the weather.
The all-new Classic Mock’s GTX will land in limited-quantities in stores across Europe this week and North America next, and will also be available via the Red Wing webstore.
