Mos Burger Introduces Mac ‘n’ Cheese & Croquette Burger With Navel Cola
88 percent of Japanese people apparently don’t know what “mac and cheese” is.

After introducing a Sake Milkshake menu option, Mos Burger is back with its latest flavor development. Noting that 88 percent of Japanese people don’t know what “mac and cheese” is, the fast-food chain has crafted the Mac ‘n’ Cheese & Croquette Burger.
The sandwich is centered around a creamy potato croquette paired with Mos’ signature meat sauce and a generous portion of mac and cheese. Served on a bed of lettuce and with wholegrain mustard on a fresh bun, the burger combines American and Japanese elements together.
Additionally, Mos Burger has also crafted what it calls “Navel Cola” to pair with the Mac ‘n’ Cheese & Croquette Burger. Cola syrup is paired with the juice and pulp of unshu mikan (satsuma mandarin), lemons and oranges for a fruity beverage that cuts the richness of the burger.
Priced at ¥436 and ¥213/269/334 JPY) (approximately $4.16 and $2/2.55/3.20 USD), the Mac ‘n’ Cheese & Croquette Burger and Navel Cola in small/medium/large will be available at Mos Burger locations in Japan from February 10 until the end of March.
