Vans Honors the Foo Fighters' 25th Anniversary with New Sk8-Hi Collaboration
Aligning with the rock band’s 10th studio album release ‘Medicine At Midnight’ which is dropping early February 2021.

In honor of their 25th anniversary, the Foo Fighters have joined forces with Vans to put together a special Sk8-Hi collaboration. This team-up arrives on the radar shortly after Vans connected with Martin Handford’s Where’s Waldo book series for a footwear and apparel capsule.
Atop one of the Anaheim skate imprint’s most popular silhouettes, the American rock band chooses to go with a classic palette by sticking with the usual stark black canvas and suede uppers paired next to angelically finished sock liners, eyelets, laces and midsoles. If you peek at the side profiles, you’ll find the Foo Fighters’ double “F” logos printed out in white in an oversized manner. The musical group’s full name is spelled out and split between the heels with red embroidery to match up with the exposed stitchings on the lateral and medial walls. Furthermore, the jazz stripe has been modified with a lack of interior filling to instead tonally blend in with the upper’s main black hue.
A release date has yet to be confirmed by Vans, but given that the Foo Fighters are expected to release their 10th studio album Medicine At Midnight on February 5, a shoe launch could occur closer to this date.
