Marilyn Manson Taps Norman Reedus for Grisly MV "DON’T CHASE THE DEAD"

Marilyn Manson has signed on The Walking Dead star Norman Reedus for his grisly new music video “DON’T CHASE THE DEAD.” The song is the second single off Manson’s latest album WE ARE CHAOS, which released earlier this month.
The video runs at approximately five minutes and follows Reedus and Manson riding through the night in a Mustang. Set in a vintage lo-fi glow, the visuals are interspersed with bloody scenes that complement the song’s melancholic groove. The track is “a very driving song, but when it opens up in the chorus, it has very Berlin-era [David] Bowie elements,” Manson noted in a recent interview. “It sort of has this postulating feeling of unease but romance at the same time. It sounds like the end of the world, in a way. That really was what I was trying to capture.”
