Machine Gun Kelly and Joji Projected to Debut at No. 1 and 3 on Billboard 200
Big numbers for ‘Ticket to My Downfall’ and ‘Nectar.’
Machine Gun Kelly and Joji are looking at big numbers for next week’s Billboard 200, with MGK’s Ticket to My Downfall and the 88rising staple’s Nectar projected to open at Nos. 1 and 3 respectively.
According to HITS Daily Double, Ticket to My Downfall will debut with a total of 80,000 to 90,000 equivalent album units including 40,000 to 45,000 in album sales while Nectar will accumulate 65,000 to 75,000 in equivalent album units and 24,000 to 27,000 in album sales. Meanwhile, Lil Wayne‘s Tha Carter V (Deluxe) — which includes 10 new tracks — will garner 15,000 to 18,000 in equivalent album units and 2,000 to 3,000 in album sales.
Elsewhere in music, Travis Scott, Joji, MadeinTYO, Mustafa, Toro y Moi and more lead this week’s Best New Tracks.
