Palace and Salomon Reunite on the XA COMP ADV
Technical sneakers in colors inspired by 90’s skate.

After collaborating last year on a patterned iteration of the Speedcross 4, Palace has reunited with technical sneaker brand Salomon for another footwear release. For their second project together, they have worked with the XA COMP ADV, a functional sneaker that incorporates Salomon’s proprietary technology.
Being a brand that’s rooted in performance and hiking gear, this includes a 3D chassis that ensures consistent support on uneven terrain, and an enhanced traction grip on the sole that’s designed to be effective in any weather conditions. The brand’s Sensifit system is also intended to provide a superior fit. Each style includes Salomon’s signature Quicklace fastening system
Palace have reinterpreted the shoes in a series of new colorways, inspired by iconic skateboard shoes from the 1990s. The sneakers come in white and red, grey and yellow, or in black. They are finished with dual branding: the Salomon logo appears at the heel and on the tongue, while the Palace logo features at the toe.
Take a look at the collaboration in the gallery above, and shop the collection when it arrives in-store and online this Friday August 28th at 11am BST. The collaboration drops in-store and online in Japan, and via WeChat in China, on Saturday August 29 at 11am JST.
While you wait, here’s everything else that’s dropping at Palace this week.
