On top of the big Halo Infinite trailer unveiling, Microsoft announced another upcoming cult-classic gaming title — Fable.

Set for the Xbox Series X and PC, there’s not much news on when it will be released, or even if it will be a remake or sequel, but that hasn’t stopped fans from getting excited. Fabel first launched in 2004 and was an instant hit with its “choose your outcome” approach to the role-playing game genre. The protagonist’s in-game perception with NPCs and appearance could all change based on the different parameter skill points and good/bad deeds performed by the player in the game. There have been more recent spin-offs of the Fable franchise but none have been able to replicate the magic from the first two installments, and to top it off, it’s been a whole decade since the last official title from the series was released — Fable III.

Fans of the series should stay tuned as Playground Games is sure to update the status of the game as development progresses.

In other gaming news, Forza Motorsport is coming to the Xbox Series X with 4K capabilities and 60FPS gameplay.
