Vans Presents New Short Film With Justin Henry To Promote Community Spirit
Standing together to foster youth skate culture and progression.
Vans has linked up with skater Justin Henry for a new short film to help promote the importance of community and youth support.
Filmed earlier this year, the film intends to highlight how a strong community spirit and rallying around youth and those who need support can promote a kinder, more equal world for all.
With strong ties to his hometown of Columbus, Ohio, and its local skateboard scene, Justin Henry grew up learning the value of putting in work. For the film, he has invited Vans inside that world to recount his journey from young talent to pro, as a way to try and give back to the community that helped shape him.
As part of an upcoming footwear collaboration with Justin Henry releasing July 6, 2020, Vans is giving back to the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio – a project that helps mentor relationships to ignite the power and promise of youth – with a $10k donation.

In other news, Vans has also teamed up with KENZO for a colorful footwear collaboration.
