BAPE Announces Upcoming COMME des GARÇONS Collaboration (UPDATE)
Coming together once again.
UPDATE (June 15, 2020): BAPE has now revealed its COMME des GARÇONS Osaka collaborative collection.
ORIGINAL STORY (June 14, 2020): Continuing to add to its long lineup of collaborations, A BATHING APE has now announced an upcoming collaboration with COMME des GARÇONS.
Taking to Instagram, the Japanese streetwear imprint posted a dual-branded visual that celebrates the logos of both brands. Although not much information has been revealed, the collaboration looks to be with Rei Kawakubo‘s mainline and follows a CdG PLAY team up from 2012. If the upcoming release is with the COMME des GARÇONS mainline, we can expect the special range to follow a monochromatic black/white theme.
