Aries Highlights Chain Print in PORTER Collaboration
Combining forward designs with tried and true craftsmanship.
After a sneak peek at an upcoming collaboration with artist Takashi Murakami, PORTER has tapped London-based Aries for a captivating new collection of accessories. The lineup between the distinct brands features Aries’ recognizable cable chain link graphic in gold, adorned onto shiny black and olive green nylon fabric. PORTER’s signature Helmet bags, wallets, laptop cases and waist bags showcase the all-over motif in a captivating diamond pattern, accentuated with accompanying red and blue straps which also bear the gold chain print. The joint capsule seamlessly balances PORTER’s long-standing utilitarianism with Aries’ modern counter-culture identity. The collection is expected to release Feb. 21 on Aries’ website.
Aries also recently dropped its Spring/Summer 2020 lookbook filled with references to the ’80s and ’90s.
