Kenny Mason and Denzel Curry have linked up for a new song titled “A+.” Exchanging verses back-to-back, the result is a lyrically rich collaboration that brings out the best of both rappers.

Measuring at a little under the three-minute mark, the song is driven by a textured mid-tempo groove filled with retro video game-inspired synths and bouncy percussions that complement each rapper’s unique vocal delivery. Kenny Mason kicks off the track with the first verse, followed by a sobering hook that sheds light on some of the hardships that surround his life. Denzel Curry follows next with a dexterous double-time verse, penning lyrics like “Denzel, no need for details, I’m just a young male / Who takin’ dumb Ls, proceed to prevail / I went through mad hell, the boy cannot fail.”
