NBA YoungBoy Delivers New Single "Blow Yo' Rocket"
Arriving less than a month after his last mixtape, ‘Until I Return.’
NBA YoungBoy continues to be one of the most active artists of 2020, releasing yet another new single entitled “Blow Yo’ Rocket.”
The new cut hears the level of honesty the Baton Rouge rapper’s fans are familiar with, and he utilizes this sonic space to open up about heartbreak in the forms of intimate relationships, drug use and violence in the community. Its accompanying music video, which mostly arrives in black and white, is also a reflection of NBA YoungBoy’s candor as it shows behind-the-scenes clips of him either on tour, in the studio, out with his friends and even playing around with his kids.
“Blow Yo’ Rocket” arrives less than a month after his Until I Return mixtape — his fourth solo release of 2020 alone. NBA YoungBoy has evidently been hard at work with the continuous flow of releases, and he’s seen success with the likes of Top and 38 Baby 2 opening at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 this year.

Elsewhere in music, Megan Thee Stallion opened at No. 2 on this week’s Billboard 200.
