LUMMA Design Brings Its Signature Widebody Aesthetic to the Mercedes-Benz G-Class
A large hood scoop, wider fenders, and bigger wheels.
Not long after unveiling its widebody kit for Land Rover’s latest Defender, South German tuning garage LUMMA Design has now crafted yet another conversion kit for an already-robust SUV, this time tapping its fellow compatriot Mercedes-Benz for its hefty G-Class.
At the front, you’ll find a massive hood scoop sitting atop the bonnet, with a new red-accented grille carrying LED daytime running lights and a massive LUMMA logo. The redesigned front bumper flare out at the bottom, offering a more streamlined flow down to the widebody fenders, which now hover above massive 24-inch CLR RS black wheels paired with 295/30 tires in the front and 355/25 fat tires at the rear. Various changes have been made down the back too, with a meshed rear bumper and a branded spare wheel cover. Topping off the kit is a new roof trim with extra headlights as well as a rear roof spoiler for an even sportier look.
Now available, the LUMMA Design CLR G770 R kit will set you back €12,700 EUR (approximately $15,017 USD). You can head over to the company’s website to learn more.
