After showcasing its penchant for leather boots and oversized soles for its Pre-Fall 2020 footwear collection, Italian fashion house Bottega Veneta returns for Fall/Winter 2020 with two eye-catching styles in the form of the Lean Boot.

Crafted in the style of a classic western-style ankle boot, each offering features an elongated square toe and a pull-on style opening with elasticated side panels and back loop.

The ankle boots arrive in either black or “Fondant” brown, on a calf leather upper sat upon a layered outsole with an exaggerated welt. The taller iteration — that sits a little higher on the leg — comes in black only, with a leather sole and stacked angular heel.

Retailing from £940 (approximately $1,200 USD), the BV Lean Boots are available to buy now from the Bottega Veneta webstore.

In other footwear news, Clarks Originals has dropped its hiking-inspired Wallabees.
