Raf Simons and Eastpak Unveil 10th Collaboration for SS20
Inspired by Raf’s runway collection.
Designer Raf Simons and Eastpak have joined forces once again for a collaborative set of backpacks for Spring/Summer 2020. The partnership marks the 10th collection between the two creative forces as they first linked up back in 2007.
The Padded Doubler backpacks are comprised of a tonal black colorway featuring two external pockets and organizers. Held by metal loops on pull tabs akin to the duo’s previous releases, the current style offers up bold star patterns and text with sci-fi themes inspired by Simons’ SS20 men’s runway collection. The lineup also includes the unique Pocketbag Loop backpack made up of four individual bags interconnected by a chain of metal rings.
Retailing for approximately $470 USD, the Raf Simons x Eastpak SS20 collection is expected to drop soon at retailers like Subtype later this month.
Eastpak also recently released a collaboration with Korean brand ADER error in December.
