COMME des GARÇONS CDG Drops Logo-Rich Capsule For LACHIC Mall Pop-Up

Following this summer’s exclusive CDG Marunouchi drop, the COMME des GARÇONS sub-label has prepped another special capsule to round out the warm season. Encompassing a wide array of branded layering pieces, the collection will debut exclusively at the trendy LACHIC mall in Nagoya’s Sakae neighborhood.

Unlike the advanced mainline offerings, CDG provides accessible staple items emblazoned with the brand’s playful logo, occasionally subverted by the Japanese juggernaut’s trademark deconstructionist ethos. This exclusive offering delivers an asymmetric Alpha Industries bomber, a coaches jacket and several blacked-out tees and hoodies, placing the emphasis upon the omnipresent white and gold logos. Branding ranges from tumbling “CDG” letters to classic “COMME des GARÇONS” verbiage, with the iconic “1986 été” text also making an appearance.

Meanwhile, COMME des GARÇONS alum Junya Watanabe recently dropped another remixed The North Face backpack jacket.
