Shake Shack Launches Delivery Service
In partnership with GrubHub.

Looking to make it even easier to enjoy its ShackBurgers, Crinkle-Cut Fries and Concretes, Shake Shack has teamed up with GrubHub on a new door to door delivery service.
Aside from helping customers skip lineups at its outposts, Shake Shack is looking to pair its direct-to-POS menu syncing integration with GrubHub’s “Just in Time” technology for fast and fresh delivery. Working in unison, drivers will be alerted the moment an order is ready ensuring an enjoyable experience for those using the service. Additionally, Shake Shack will be using GrubHub’s enhanced tools to analyze performance and ordering trends to meet customer demands in personalized ways, alongside the real-time customer and operations support the online and mobile food ordering and the delivery marketplace has established.
Shake Shack is currently testing its new Grubhub delivery partnership at four locations: Morningside Heights in Manhattan, the River North area of Chicago, Livingston, New Jersey and Darien, Connecticut. The service will be rolled out nationwide in the coming months.
