Multi-brand retailer Goodhood is partnering with Dickies to take a unique spin on the workwear’s original 874 pant. These updated utility pants keep their relaxed fit, classic Dickies logo tab, straight-leg silhouette and two rear and side pockets. This time, printed stars adorn the cotton trousers, following the pants’ outside seams along the entirety of the leg.
With Dickie’s beginning almost 100 years ago, the company has remained committed to creating functional and durable garments. In 2017, the workwear brand celebrated its 50th anniversary of the 874 pant, launching a campaign called “How Do You Wear Yours” which spotlighted the versatility of the pants and the different ways in which they could be styled. Dickie’s collaboration with Goodhood shows how the 874 can be reimagined while staying true to its functional, classic form.
The collaborative pant comes in four colorways: Charcoal Grey, Black, Bright White and Chocolate Brown.
An online launch of the new trousers, priced at £75 or approximately $91 USD, will begin August 16 at goodhoodstore.com with an in-store retail launch event at Goodhood on August 15 in London.
