Shoes 53045 Introduces "Green Giant" Bump'Air & New Eco-Friendly Initiative
The latest offering from the Triple S designer.

David Tourniaire-Beauciel has dropped a new iteration of his super-chunky Shoes 53045 Bump’Air in “Green Giant,” a colorway inspired by pop culture, his childhood and his favorite things.
The “Green Giant” also introduces a new green-fingered initiative for Shoes 53045. Now, for every sneaker sold, the direct-to-consumer brand will make a donation to have a tree planted. The Balenciaga Triple S designer drew inspiration for this bold colorway from his favorite green vegetables, a green toy train car he played with as a child, Saint Etienne soccer team’s jerseys, the maxi 45 edition of Depeche Mode’s song “Little 15,” green-hues Ferraris and more.
As a result, the Shoes 53045 Bump’Air “Green Giant” is comprised of a polysynthetic leather upper dressed in grassy green hues. Detailing throughout the shoe — from the branding to the laces — is also given a green touch. Its double-bubble sole unit is left clear and sits atop a chunky dark green sole unit.
