RHUDE Drops SS19 V1 Sneaker Collection at The Webster
Including an exclusive pink edition.
RHUDE‘s signature V1 sneaker is set to finally hit the brand’s retail partners, with past drops limited to RHUDE’s web store. The Webster is the first store to receive RHUDE’s Summer ‘19 footwear offerings, bolstered by a special one-off colorway.
The California brand’s initial sneaker silhouette sports a chunky rubber midsole and streamlined upper, accented by premium leather and suede. A small sharktooth outsole adds rugged appeal to the versatile style, with a tall tongue finished off with a tonal tag. Forthcoming iterations sport a metal plate fastened onto the toe, but The Webster’s special variant keeps things simple with an appealing pink colorway that ties in with the retailer’s beachy ethos.
“RHUDE began as an outlet for different creative projects,” said RHUDE founder Rhuigi Villaseñor in a statement. “Years later, it’s evolved into a line with an identity of its own but I’m passionate about keeping that origin story alive through projects that reach new audiences. The Webster represents a curated shopping experience tied to Miami culture and we designed the V1 low sneaker with that in-mind.”
