Nike's Latest Air Skylon II Is Doused in Beaming Volt & Blue Gradients
An ’80s classic.

Rolling off its previous summer-friendly Air Skylon II, Nike offers up another bright colorway tinged in smooth gradients of volt and light blue. First debuted in the ’80s, the sneakers have since evolved to take on premium materials while maintaining all its vintage charm.
The shoes come with a mix of lush suede and mesh materials, doused in creamy white and fluorescent tones to create a dynamic color scheme at the uppers. Starting at the top of the tongue and the toe cap, bright volt gradients work their way through the sidewalls and fade out into a calm coral hue at the heel and lower quarter rear, topped by a vivid orange Swoosh that cuts straight through. Suede panels cover the lace cage, front toe caps, mudguards, and lower heel, etched with “Nike” embroidery and “Air Skylon 2” printed in a retro-style typeface. Further hits of blue are thinly detailed at the back, while a crisp white midsole rounds off the throwback release.
This iteration of the Nike Air Skylon II is currently available at billys-tokyo.net for approximately $100 USD.
