Medicom Toy Releases 'Shazam!' & 'Planet of the Apes'-Inspired BE@RBRICKs

Medicom Toy will be releasing three new BE@RBRICKs that pay homage to some of your favorite characters, new and old. The first of the three harkens to DC Comics iconic character Shazam, channeling the classic superhero that was recently spotlighted in the recent film Shazam!. The figure, which arrives in a 100% and 400% set, come doused in the superhero’s signature costume, as worn by Zachary Levi. The next two characters are Dr. Zira and her fiancé Cornelius, both of who were staff members of scientist Dr. Zaius in the original Planet of the Apes novel and film franchise. Both figures arrive in 100% and 400% sizes, with the 100% versions coming in a 2-pack set. Both share many of the same visual characteristics, with small facial details and clothing alternations separating both apart from one another.
You can check out all three figures above, and if you’re interested, they are currently available via the brand’s CJ Mart web store. Retail prices range between ¥3,200 JPY (approximately $29 USD) and ¥12,000 JPY (approximately $108 USD).
