Nigel Cabourn Teams up With Atalasport for an Aged Vintage Trainer
Tumbled with stone.
Nigel Cabourn joins Italy’s Atalasport for a worn-in take on the vintage military trainer. Coming in the choice of a green or red colorway, the silhouette borrows from Atalasport’s experience in crafting classic trainers since 1952 to release a ’70s running shoe.
The shoe features a leather collar that sits atop a soft suede, Nappa leather, and cotton canvas upper. To give the sneaker an authentic worn look, each pair has been treated to a special stone tumbling process which can be seen in the roughed-up uppers and on the stained midfoot. Further details include antibacterial foam construction, a leather insole, and collaborative branding on the tongue.
Those interested can find these made-in-Italy Aged Vintage Trainers over at the Nigel Cabourn online store for a price of £189.00 GBP (approximately $245 USD).
