NBA All-Star Kemba Walker Shows His Love for Jordan Brand in New 'Sneaker Shopping'
The Charlotte Hornets player picks up some heat.
In the latest installment of Sneaker Shopping, Kemba Walker joins Joe La Puma at Social Status in Charlotte, North Carolina to discuss his Bronx upbringing, being signed to Jordan Brand, rocking Air Force 1‘s and more.
A New York footwear staple, the Nike Air Force 1 was praised by Walker for its universal design and the importance of box-fresh AF1’s in his hometown. Walker goes on to reminisce on his college years of playing in his favorite Jordan’s such as the “Cool Grey” 11‘s and “Flu Game” 12’s before going on to discuss his current game-rotation of Jordan X‘s and off-court style.
Walker claims he has no stylist and “loves the challenge” of putting together outfits himself. Rounding out the episode, Kemba is let loose in Social Status and picks up a pair of Nike React Element 87‘s alongside the Air Jordan II “BHM”, Rokit x Nike Kyrie 5‘s and the Social Status x Air Jordan VI‘s.
