Metropolitan had a quietly successful year in 2018 but now returns early in 2019 with a first delivery that should excite fans.
The laid-back casual style of Metropolitan continues to be a theme in Keith Hufnagel‘s label which draws influences from corner store bodegas, vintage arcade games and historic skate videos. The latest offerings include varsity jackets, graphic T-shirts, crewnecks, hoodies, beanies and more. The classic rainbow tie-dye crewneck is a standout piece as it boasts a vibrant yellow, red, blue and contrasting black. The piece is also hand-dyed and detailed with an embroidered logo on the chest area. Another piece worth noting is the Golden Bear Varsity jacket that features a wool body and leather sleeves — the color blocking really makes the garment a choice option.
