Miami-based curator Marcel Katz will be launching his second installment of The Art Plug Power House. Running concurrently with Art Basel Miami Beach 2019, this year’s program will bring forth a total of 25 art activations, installations, and gallery presentations with over 50 visual artists showcasing new original works. Participating artists include Chad Knight, CB Hoyo, Pat Hanley, Marius Sperlich, Kai, Troy Murray, among many others. The organization will also be teaming up with Paddle8 and Best Buddies on a charity auction.

Apart from the art-inclined happenings, the fair will showcase extreme sports performances by Red Bull athletes with TAG Heuer as the official timekeeper, a series of artist-led panels and talks, and live music performances provided by Atlantic Records. The Art Plug Power House 2019 showcase will run through December 6-8. Purchase tickets here for $18 USD with a portion of sales to go directly to Best Buddies.

More than pleased to be having Chad Knight share his vibrant digital art at The Art Plug Power House 2019? @chadknight ⚡️ Knight’s personal work seems to exist in alien worlds?, with his works being made in Cinema 4D. These are places inhabited enormous, elaborate beings that appear in mid-evolution. ⚡️ For Chad Knight, his surreal digital creations are a personal journal ?. Knight is both a senior 3D design director at Nike and a 3D digital artist, and his reach is growing immensely alongside the digital sculptures he creates. ⚡️ At first glance Knight’s work might make you question reality or even believe that such a place exists; at least in a dream☁️. Audiences can usually see massive structures loom above dense forests? , deep oceans? , and infinite deserts?, conveying a sense of adventure interpreted uniquely by each viewer. ⚡️ Gaze at Chad Knight’s jaw-dropping structures only between Dec.6️⃣-8️⃣ @thecitadelmia?
