PORTER & adidas Release a Limited Edition "TANKER" Stan Smith
Merging two iconic items into one.
Along with the crossover 400% and 1000% BE@RBRICKs, Porter is launching a limited edition adidas Stan Smith to celebrate the 35th anniversary of its signature TANKER bag.
Channeling design cues from the MA-1 flight jacket-inspired bag, sage green takes over the sneakers’ upper while the delicate goat leather lining is highlighted with a bright orange — the color scheme synonymous with the TANKER line. The toebox and tongue, which are coated with nylon twill, juxtapose with the elevated nubuck quarter. A co-branded logo ornaments the tongue tab and white-speckled optional laces round off the design.
