Uber Riders Can Now Stream Music via Pandora
First Uber drivers had Pandora access, now riders are getting it, too.

Uber is expanding its relationship with Pandora, the ride-sharing giant announced today.
Uber customers across the United States, Australia and New Zealand will now find Pandora integrated with their mobile application — along with Spotify — for streaming during their rides. Riders can simply access their Pandora account via the app and start streaming immediately as long as their driver has a Bluetooth, USB or AUX connection (most do).
Ultimately, Pandora hopes the expanded partnership and integration significantly increases user engagement across the platform. Since launching via the Uber driver app, Pandora has been played for over 4 million hours by Uber drivers. And the choices for those 4 million hours? The most popular stations include usual suspects like Drake, Future, Beyonce, Adele and Bruno Mars.
Rider music is currently available via iOS and is expected to roll out to the Android app soon.
