If you haven’t seen the hit film Straight Outta Compton directed by F. Gary Gary, you’re probably one of the few ones who hasn’t. The film came out August 14, 2015 and has been an extreme success bringing in about 157.7 million dollars since release. Director F. Gary Gary also made history by becoming the highest-grossing black director for a single domestic film surpassing the directors like Tim Story who directed the hit film Fantastic Four, and Keenan Ivory Wayne’s cult classic Scary Movie. Scary Movie earned $157 million its first year and Fantastic Four made $154.6 million, but it looks as though Straight Outta Compton overtaking both spots. Leave thoughts below.
