Earlier today on Nick Grimshaw’s BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show, Sam Smith unveiled his theme song for the forthcoming James Bond film Spectre. Titled “Writing’s On the Wall,” an ominous instrumental, driven by a piano melody and an accompanying string section, sets the tone for Smith’s seamlessly powerful vocals. This honorable duty is immediately preceded by fellow British Grammy Award-winning singer, Adele.
