Guerrilla Group's FW18 "TILKHURST" Collection Is Dominated by Innovative Aesthetics
Reworking wardrobe staples with utilitarian components.
Returning with its Fall/Winter 2018 collection, Guerrilla Group is back again with its latest expression of technical wares.
Dubbed “TILKHURST” — the sailing ship that inspired much of Polish-British writer Joseph Conrad’s work — the range captures the venturesome air of Conrad’s novels offering innovative aesthetics and new functions. Reworking wardrobe staples with utilitarian components, Guerrilla Group put together the latest chapter in its deep appreciation of modern military and activewear.
This time around, Guerrilla Group experimented with new high-technology fabrics like weather-resistant Ecoya® and breathable Eagletex®. Other innovative materials utilized include the durable ripstop Dyneema® and the world’s first transparent leather Apparition, developed by ECCO Leather. Some standout pieces from the expansive FW18 collection is the G.G. Body Fragmentation Vest, ATC-2 BODY BAG and ATC-3 Quickdraw Holster Vest.
