Rihanna Will Join 'The Voice' Next Season

NBC has just announced that Rihanna will be joining The Voice as a “key advisor” for its ninth season, succeeding the role from globally successful musicians such as Coldplay’s Chris Martin, Taylor Swift, Robin Thicke, Ellie Goulding and fun.’s Nate Ruess. The season will begin airing on September 21, and the Barbadian songstress will be assisting the four other panel judges Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Pharrell Williams and Gwen Stefani in helping make critical decisions throughout the season’s competition.
