'Life' Is the Upcoming James Dean Biopic Starring Robert Pattinson & Dane DeHaan

Mid-century film icon and star of Rebel Without a Cause, James Dean has endured in the minds of many to this day, despite having only starred in three films before his untimely death in a car crash in 1955. The latest film to explore the life of this cultural legend is Life, directed by Anton Corbijn and starring Dane DeHaan as Dean and Robert Pattinson as Dennis Stock, the LIFE magazine photographer sent to profile the actor on his rise to fame. Following the growth of their unlikely friendship, the film’s lead, DeHaan — who previously starred in The Place Beyond The Pines – looks to portray a captivating performance of the short-lived star.
