mita sneakers Links up With New Balance & Sneakerwolf on the 990v4 “Bouncing Frog”

mita sneakers and New Balance join forces yet again, this time enlisting the creative expertise of Sneakerwolf to rework the classic 990v4 silhouette. Titled “Bouncing Frog,” the collaborative venture calls attention to the footwear brand’s native roots, with the new kicks drawing inspiration from the Boston Common Frog Pond — one of the most treasured public parks in all of the U.S.
Varying shades of green comprise the mixed-material upper with touches of white landing on the side/tongue/heel branding, in addition to the midsole unit. The custom insoles come courtesy of noted Tokyo artist, Sneakerwolf, and comes adorned with playful frog graphics alongside mita’s signature chainlink graphic.
