Early on in 2016, Jay Rock made headlines for a very serious motorcycle accident he suffered around Grammy time. Now, four months later, the 90059 rapper has opened up about the incident for the first time. Speaking with Nicky G for an interview at Minnesota’s Soundset Festival, the quiet, reserved Jay Rock was direct and straight-to-the-point when the time came to break down the event that took him out of action for several weeks. Jay Rock also used the interview as an opportunity to speak on his own music and get enthusiastic about the songs being cooked up by his TDE peers. You can check out the entire clip above.
