Drake's 'VIEWS' Surpasses Eminem in Record Breaking Six-Week Domination of Streaming Sales
Drake’s ‘Views’ > Eminem’s ‘Recovery’

Drake’s VIEWS is poised to continue its reign at the top of the Sales Plus Streaming (SPS) chart for the sixth week in a row. The record-breaking feat surpasses the likes of Michael Bublé (2011), Josh Groban (2007) and Eminem (2010), who’ve held the position for five weeks. Despite mixed reviews, sales of Drake’s fourth studio album is still gaining traction in terms of sales numbers — it’s also currently No. 1 on Billboard’s charts for the fifth consecutive week. VIEWS‘ SPS totals are currently at 1.93 million, signaling Drake’s steady domination in hip-hop. Eminem’s 2010 album Recovery held the position for five weeks on the SPS chart and also helped the artist to become the first to hit the 1 million mark in digital sales.
